Yuliya is expertly perceptive and caring. At my very first session I felt like ropes previously binding my chest fell away. I discovered what healthy breathing is supposed to be like, and how significant it is. She regularly sends me home with new holistic self-care tips I can try out and incorporate into daily life. Yuliya is amazing. I went to her with plantar fasciitis and she helped relieve the pain and also gave me tips for at home stretching, cupping etc and gentle reminders to be patient and listen to how my body is feeling instead of pushing through. Yulia Bratnikov is a rare find! She is not only a very knowledgeable and effective practitioner but her concern for the well being of her clients truley sets her apart from the rest. She doesn't give up till it's "fixed" or at least relieved!
