I had to do major maintenance work for my Acura which hit 150,000kms. I had many questions and concerns, and all were addressed with great professionalism. Nash at the parts department was very knowledgable and patient with all my inquiries. Great experience at a dealership, which is surprising. Definitely recommend checking these guys out for your Acura needs.

This used to be a top-of-the-line dealer. For the last two years, I’ve tried to book service appointments, and it felt like I was begging for help.most of the time I had to stop by to book. I left messages and received no response. I bought two cars from them. Today, I received a call saying my RDX was due for service. I told the lady how I felt and that the service department needs to answer the phone. I still love Acura but will probably go to another Dealer if I buy an Acura again.

I had an excellent experience at Acura Sherway thanks to Aundre! He performed a lot of maintenance work on our car and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Audrey took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understood what was being done and why. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind and approachable. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to both their work and customer service. Highly recommend asking for Aundre if you're bringing your car in!
