The Good: Great loaner car choice for recall work I had done there. Take lots of pictures and videos at intake and during service. Service rep was very personable and no major upselling. If the bad wasn’t a dealbreaker, I’d return to her again. The Bad: Upselling has moved from service reps to mechanics. While videos are taken “issues” are amplified. Told brakes needed replacing. Big thanks to Gus (Gustavo) for putting together Mega Car Meet 2K26 at the Gillman Mazda, Acura, Subaru location. I’ve known Gus for over a decade, and every event he organizes always turns out to be a great time. This meet had an awesome turnout with a wide variety of builds and a lot of genuinely cool people in the community.
