I took my 2005 Acura for an oil change, my first time there. The service advisor were helpful, my issue was with the walk around video. The walk around video was a 7 minute waist. Many of the service recommendations were already done by an Acura dealership in CA where I bought the car. Why were the service records not pulled up? Gunn Acura in San Antonio were able to pull them up when I did my last oil change there. I always bought Acura from Gilman since we moved to Texas. It has been 30 years. I bought new rdx and I had first oil change and it was free. They also washed my car nicely. I felt bad cuz I just got back from trip and car was dirty. They cleaned nicely. Andi was my salesman and very nice and courteous. I recommend him to everyone. Only little problem was waiting time was almost 2 hrs for oil change.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Team Gillman Acura. I've been waiting months for the parts to address four recalls on my car, and now that they're finally in, I find out they'll need my car for a week. Unfortunately, they won't provide a loaner vehicle to accommodate this long repair process because “none are available” When I asked about alternatives, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and zero willingness to find a solution. Great service, the waiting area is nice and they have coffee, water and snacks for the customers.
