Mohammed has helped me several times. He is hard working and always trying his best. I am glad to have witnessed his growth.
This dept should not have ‘service’ in its title. Very misleading. Can’t get through on the phone line and when you leave a message, it goes to Neverland, no one calls back. My vehicle was left for a diagnostic for electrical/software problems (2nd time within 6 months) and the shop closes with not even a message about its status.
Gabriel was very helpful in both drop off and pick up for my recent service appointment. He explained the service work to be done and work to anticipate for the next appointment. I like the Uber service you provide, very convenient. My RDX was nicely cleaned at the end of the appointment as well. Thank you.
