I made an appointment and was confirmed to take my car in because I received a recall notification. Someone from the service department called and told me he’s cancelling my appointment because there were other vehicles that had priority because of limited quantity of the said recall part. He also never called back like he said he would to reschedule me. The recall is for a braking issue (2016-2020 ILX) so how can you value someone else’s safety over mine? I was booked and confirmed.
