TLDR: Gross lack of accountability, a waste of time and blatantly disrespectful Damaged my property and then tried to dodge accountability. Tried to gas light me into believing they were somehow not culpable; ended up having to meet the PLANT MANAGER in person to discuss. At which point, still would not accept accountability but agreed to pay 50% of the repair.
