This Acura dealership is better than all the other ones in the state. Trust me on this one. Customer relationship management is a trait. It is far from the city but worth the drive
Major decline in service quality and customer service since new ownership has taken over. Issues are not being found during routine all points inspection which lead to more costly repairs. I also suspect my car was excessively driven by employees since there are +45 miles on the odometer based on the mileage reading when the vehicle was dropped off versus picked up. Recommend going to westwood instead.

I lease my 2024 MDX in December of 2023, Tyla my sale person were awesome, she was with me from start to finish. Tyla made sure everything I needed and questions I had was answered. If she still there when my lease is up I will continue to do business with Tyla.
