TLDR: Gross lack of accountability, a waste of time and blatantly disrespectful Damaged my property and then tried to dodge accountability. Tried to gas light me into believing they were somehow not culpable; ended up having to meet the PLANT MANAGER in person to discuss. At which point, still would not accept accountability but agreed to pay 50% of the repair. This Acura dealership is better than all the other ones in the state. Trust me on this one. Customer relationship management is a trait. It is far from the city but worth the drive
Major decline in service quality and customer service since new ownership has taken over. Issues are not being found during routine all points inspection which lead to more costly repairs. I also suspect my car was excessively driven by employees since there are +45 miles on the odometer based on the mileage reading when the vehicle was dropped off versus picked up. Recommend going to westwood instead.
