A little disorganized just like any other service place. However, I expected more as this is a luxury brand and not your standard vehicle. They did messed up my service and I had to come back a couple of week later to ensure that the service order was placed. They were helpful with that.
Allen helped us with not only my 2024 Acura integra purchase but also my fiances 2025 Acura MDX. We will continue to work with Allen in the future and recommend people to him as he was so great and explained everything to us in detail. Great service from him and 100% would trust him helping us with another car purchase if ever needed.
Checked with the agent TWICE that a loaner car will be available before coming in. Once I had arrived, the service agent told me loaner car wasn't available. I showed him the text confirming the loaner car availability, he brought the text to his manager, and came back to me and told me loaner car isn't available. I had to leave work early to get my engine belt replaced, but thanks for wasting my time.

2004 RSX, Gas leaks bottom mid section. Took 1 wk. to get a call back, stated need a new gas pump advised after market. Bill was $955 part & labor. (was afraid to drive too far, heat may cause fire) Talk to regular mechanic, said if gas pump didn't work won't pump gas out & leaks., it's just $2 O-ring!!! Opinion to myself is not to go to dealer after out of warranty.
