I have been visiting Acura for my car's service for 10 years, and today I had a bad experience. My appointment was at 10:40 AM, but by 12:10 PM, the car was still waiting to be taken in for service. I decided to take it back without having the work done, as I had already been waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes. Appointments are to be attended quickly and that didn't happen today. Really have to take that into account regarding their mechanics.
I have an Acura ZDX EV so there isn't much need for service, but I was really impressed by the service the few times I have been in. Every service person I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful, but in particular, Alfred was amazing.
Aaron was my service advisor. Outstanding!
Managers take no responsibility for their error of putting faulty plates on my car which led to me getting a felony stop by Downey PD. Then I get yelled at in acura lobby and escorted off the premises under threat of police action being taken against me. The general manager the the manager below him took me out. I wish I knew how to upload pictures of the tickets along with their business cards. Lease my first MDX and within 2 weeks I had to take it in for Service. When your at a Stop the Transmission move from Drive to Park and Shuts off. Acura had the car for Month and I haven’t gotten feed back of when the car will be done . They’re waiting for corporate to give them ok for Repair. We Pretty much Bought a Rental until our car fix .
