Lease my first MDX and within 2 weeks I had to take it in for Service. When your at a Stop the Transmission move from Drive to Park and Shuts off. Acura had the car for Month and I haven’t gotten feed back of when the car will be done . They’re waiting for corporate to give them ok for Repair. We Pretty much Bought a Rental until our car fix .

A little disorganized just like any other service place. However, I expected more as this is a luxury brand and not your standard vehicle. They did messed up my service and I had to come back a couple of week later to ensure that the service order was placed. They were helpful with that.
Allen helped us with not only my 2024 Acura integra purchase but also my fiances 2025 Acura MDX. We will continue to work with Allen in the future and recommend people to him as he was so great and explained everything to us in detail. Great service from him and 100% would trust him helping us with another car purchase if ever needed.
Checked with the agent TWICE that a loaner car will be available before coming in. Once I had arrived, the service agent told me loaner car wasn't available. I showed him the text confirming the loaner car availability, he brought the text to his manager, and came back to me and told me loaner car isn't available. I had to leave work early to get my engine belt replaced, but thanks for wasting my time.
