Oof. This place is bad. Unprofessional, extortionate, and rude. EVEN ACURA DOESN’T RECOMMEND THEM! I have a brand new Acura with 3000 miles on it. In an indictment of the car, it has had the same software glitch (which renders things like cruise control, lane keeping assist, and blind spot monitoring inoperable) show up 3 separate times in the 5 months I’ve had the car, but the first 2 times it resolved itself overnight.
