I strongly advise you not to go here if you have a trade vehicle because they will thoroughly inspect every single scratch and deduct $$$!!! When I signed the deal, they gave me the correct price(Book value) for my trading vehicle; however, when I picked up my new vehicle, I discovered that they deducted an additional $1,000 for a minor scratch on the bumper and an engine light on due to one of the sensor.
We went to Acura Pickering because of the reviews & it did not disappoint. Tara was knowledgable, warm & friendly and was happy to answer all our questions and ultimately led us to lease our first RDX A-Spec. Great experience & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tara & the dealership.
