When is got to the dealership at 9a.m.for a scheduled appointment (recall on my ILX fuel pump) I met Emily who seemed a little busy, but pleasant. She got my vehicle in almost right away... However prior to her taking my key fob I mentioned to her that my push start and keep fob need to touch in order to start the car. She seemed a little confused but she complied. Don and Wilson in the service department are amazing. They were very helpful and patient with my car. They walked me through everything that was done on the car and double checked to make sure it was completed properly. Best Acura Service department in the GTA.
