Went in for the first complimentary service and was super disappointed. Can’t really blame the service advisor David but the mechanics messed up the total interior. No complimentary car wash (which is ok), foot prints on dashboard, dusty, gloves box was on the floor lying when I was handed in the car. They said they did tire rotation but no. Can't really expect this sort of service from a premium dealership. Hope they fix themselves soon.
Service keeps the same professionalism as Sales. These guys are just gems to deal with

When the engine in my 2020 Acura MDX unexpectedly blew, I was understandably stressed out and unsure what to do. Sal immediately put my mind at ease.
