I have to argue with the service department every time I go for them to honor my tire and rims warranty. They claim that I have to call and deal with the warranty on my own while the warranty people and the salesperson at the dealer told me that the service department can handle everything. I went 3 times to deal with a tire that they kept knowingly doing a temporary fix by plugging it. The last time they told me I have to go to a tire shop to fix it.
