Deformed sunroof drain tubes that caused internal water damage should be repaired by Acura as a defective, but Acura doesn’t stand behind their product and left me to sort it out and pay for the repairs myself. How is Acura not responsible?!!
This is one of the worst dealerships I've ever encountered as an experienced auto enthusiast and professional. The sales department is among the least educated, most stereotypical "car salesman" collection of con artists you could imagine. Easy process and excellent staff
My wife and I were looking for an RDX with low miles, which we found on many sites. We started calling around and found Preston at Acura of Seattle. Over the phone Preston was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and seemed to care about what we wanted. We agreed to come in and found him to be delightful to work with. I have bought several cars in my life and usually dread it. I would gladly go back to Acura of Seattle and would definitely ask for Preston. Thanks for everything Preston!
