I initially was very pleased with the customer service and the car I was purchasing until it came to what they offered me for my trade in. They told me my trade in had high miles and would likely result in the car going to auction. My son bought a 2018 Mustang GT and they said it came with a30 day warranty . He noticed that when you put the car in gear it goes in hard so he called them to see what they could do about it and they told him that they wouldn’t do anything about it because it’s not broken .So we called ford and they said that it needs a software update that’s needed so the transmission does not go bad he’s only had the car for a week and instead of helping him out to get the software update they said there’s nothing they could do for him. Bought a car and it’s breaking within the warranty they gave me and they won’t fix it because it’s not “broken” yet I wouldn’t buy a car or send someone here they’re dealership is garbage
I emailed about a used car at 10pm on A Saturday, and 10am sharp on Sunday morning, the moment the dealership opened Preston called me. I was there an hour later, and out the door an hour later in my new to me car. Preston was an utter professional the entire time. I highly recommend him. Ask for Preston if you go.
