I had an absolutely excellent experience with Roman. Not only was he quick to get me the information I asked for, he did so with great professionalism. When it came time to talk money he was a no BS straight shooter. I will be buying another car from this man.
The whole process working with Drew and JT on a vehicle purchase was efficient, and effortlessly. They were very punctual and prompt with responses. Very reputable dealership to work with.
I brought my 2024 Acura ZDX to Acura of Seattle because the driver's seat lumbar support had failed. It would no longer inflate or adjust, despite the vehicle being relatively new and still covered under Acura's factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. My experience started on the wrong foot. I was initially told the dealership would not even inspect the issue because it was considered "wear and tear." If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a used very low mileage Audi from them and initially they were great but once they got their money and car was delivered to me in PA they changed their tune They claim they stand by their product but when I made them aware of 3 issues they declined to do anything and now Im left holding the bag for $2000 in repairs.
