Terrible experience dealing with their service department. Untrustworthy after quoting- take your vehicle to a shop that treats their customers with honesty and quality service. These guys are aggressively working for looking to upsell and cash grab- seniors beware of this place!
I had an amazing experience with Acura. I bought a used car that weeks later had an issue, they reimbursed me for the total amount of the fix. I highly recommend them. Their honesty and decency is admirable. Big thanks to Sam Rahman the general manager for his service and leadership.
I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and the unprofessional conduct I encountered. Unfortunately, the sales manager did not demonstrate the leadership capabilities expected from someone in that position
Just bought the 2021 tlx type s and was very satisfied with not just the purchase, but the over all customer service at Acura of Langley. Richard was super knowledgeable and very helpful in making the purchase. He really stepped up and made sure the car looked brand new and polished up perfectly before I left with it.
