I was initially informed of a minimum 1-hour labor charge, with the understanding that any additional time would require my explicit approval. Took my vehicle in for service. They unplugged my dashcam. When I picked up my vehicle and when I was about to leave the dealer lot, I noticed a really loud trembling noise when I breaked, which lasted for 5-10 minutes of regular driving and breaking. I think they drove my car recklessly during their test drive, which left the surface of the break pads and rotors unevenly rugged. Huge shout out to Jupjeet Klair and Destiny for above and beyond amazing customer service !! Got my wife’s car in on a Saturday got a battery change, when our appointment wasn’t even until Monday. Service was fast and they even washed and vacuumed her suv. Thanks guys !!!
