I’m extremely pleased with Gregory, my go-to service person. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes excellent care of me whenever I’m there. He goes above and beyond for every one of his customers. I have witnessed this first hand. He is amazing, so ask for him anytime your vehicle is being serviced at Acura of Jackson.

Poor service center. Had “appointment” to get a recall done that THEY set up. 24 hours later I had a full service inspection done pointing out a lot of petty stuff that needed attention in addition to the recall. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Vehicle hadn’t move or had any progress. Called 2 times in one day to have supervisor (Alonzo Campbell) call me back. Never heard a word. Drove the 95 miles to get service on our Acura, but the wrong part came in, so there was a one day delay. Thankfully, they gave us a loaner Kia car so we could come home. We returned the next day, and our car was ready for pick up. They wash/clean the cars after service. Very professional. Good service, friendly staff, nice waiting areas with coffee, beverages, and snacks. Modern and clean establishment. Great place to buy a car.

Had 2 recalls and a spare tire installed in my 2025 MDX S Type. Everyone is very nice, had a glitch but they offered a loaner and I had to come back the next day to pick up my MDX S. Overall the experience was smooth and my car was cleaned up when I picked it up. Spoke with Danny, sales manager, and he was very helpful with directing me to my dinner establishment. Great Dealership.
