In the middle of a 2000 mile road trip and had an issue outside of Jackson. Took it in Without an appointment (which I never like to do) and Chris worked us in and pulled the codes himself. Such a relief knowing no major issues! Thx Chris!!

Made an appointment for recall replacement and other issues. Waited over 3 hours, the first thing said to me was your car is fine, we are getting it washed. When I asked if the knocking noise had been fixed, I was told there was not one. I said yes there is. I was then told the tech hadn’t heard it and I would have to come back for an appointment when they had time. I had already taken off work, driven over 2 hours one way because I had an appointment that day. Will not be back and would not recommend anyone else go

I’m extremely pleased with Gregory, my go-to service person. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes excellent care of me whenever I’m there. He goes above and beyond for every one of his customers. I have witnessed this first hand. He is amazing, so ask for him anytime your vehicle is being serviced at Acura of Jackson.

Poor service center. Had “appointment” to get a recall done that THEY set up. 24 hours later I had a full service inspection done pointing out a lot of petty stuff that needed attention in addition to the recall. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Vehicle hadn’t move or had any progress. Called 2 times in one day to have supervisor (Alonzo Campbell) call me back. Never heard a word.
