Bad service experience! If I could rate them a zero I would ! Do not get Samona Brady to be your service advisor! She is rude!!! I went in for just an oil change with only 27,000 miles and got a recommendation for 700 dollars worth of work needed. Oh and the oil change price started off being 85 then went to 129.99 but at checkout after a 4 hour wait it was 159.95 ! Wow ! I came into the service department about 3 weeks ago I pulled up to ask questions about my truck. No one came out to assist. It was 3 people sitting at the desk looking at me and not coming to assist at all. I set there for about 8-10 minutes. I ended up pulling off because no one came to assist me. I called to see did I supposed to go in. The lady stated that someone should have came out to assist. I ask to speak to the manager. They transferred me and I left a vm. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I called at 9:00 am told them the car I was coming to look at and was ready to make a purchase they told me they would have it ready for me. I told them I would be there around 1:00 pm they sent me a text confirming my appointment, drove a hour and 45 minutes got there at 12:30pm for them to walk out and tell me the car had already sold.. the assistant manager told me he would make it right and NOTHING was done!!!!
In the middle of a 2000 mile road trip and had an issue outside of Jackson. Took it in Without an appointment (which I never like to do) and Chris worked us in and pulled the codes himself. Such a relief knowing no major issues! Thx Chris!!
