My experience with Acura of Hamilton has been consistently disappointing. My first visit was for a fuel pump recall. Communication during that repair was extremely poor. I hoped it was a one-off issue. Unfortunately, the same problems occurred again with my recent rear glass replacement. I understand my first appointment was a recall and this recent repair involved a goodwill price adjustment approved by Acura Canada. I recognize those are not full customer-pay jobs.
