I purchased my first car at Acura Hamilton and the process was fast, painless and transparent. I could not be happier. Big thanks to the sales rep Abdullah super cool and honest dude and also Kelsie the finance manager that help with all the documentation and all the questions I had about it. 100% recommended.
AVOID! If I could give zero stars, I would. This review has nothing to do with the vehicle I purchased and everything to do with the absolute disaster that is this dealership’s service department. Back in May, I booked an appointment to have a rust spot assessed before my finance term ended. I was told to set aside the entire day, which I did.
