I came for the tire replacement service. It was pretty cool to watch the video where a mechanic shows and explains the state of the driving system and brakes from a down-to-up view, while recommending to schedule upcoming maintenance service. The waiting room is nice and comfortable.
Wilson and team at Acura of Beaverton completed my service on time, and returned it clean and running well.
Our steering wheel started vibrating when we went on the highway. I pulled over and we called Anthony. He first had me check for snow around the wheels and axils. I did and said I founf none. Anthony said it may be the wheels need aligment and balacing. We took the car to Acura and right away Anthoney took the car on a test drive and did notice the vibrations. Service people were professional and responsive. Repair took some time but understandable given the ZDX is based in part on GM/Cadillac technology.
