DONT BUY ACURAS FROM AVON BoUGHT A USED ACURA MDX FROM DEALERSHIP. DURING THE FIRST WEEK HAD TO BRING IT BACK TWICE FOR SHAKING ON THE FREEWAY. 5 MONTHS LATER BLOWER FAN NOT WORKING CAUSE A MOUSE CLIMBED UP IN THERE. WORKED FOR A DAY THEN WENT RIGHT BACK TO IT. 7 MONTHS LATER THE RADIATOR LEAKED TO POINT UNDRIVABLE. TRIED TO GET ACURA TO FIX IT BUT REFUSED SAYING THAT DAMAGE WAS PROBABLY DUE TO US. Poor customer service- Would not recommend Acura of Avon has been the worst dealership to deal with. Their salesmen are not willing to work with you and their customer service is horrible. Go to another dealership, don't waste your time.

Great all around Despite what otehrs may have written here, I have been a customer of Acura of Avon for over 10 years and have had nothing but tremendous service. The service department is top notch and polite (perhaps the negative commentary by John S and Mel W reflect more on the writers than Acura of Avon?), always honest and speedy with loaner cars to boot. The sales team is more than fair (my 5 car sampling should be enough proof) and always cooperative. I say, shop Acura of Avon.

STAY FAR AWAY! RUDE CROOKS!‎ Acura Of Avon is the worst Acura dealership I have visited. Stay away if you value your Acura. Their service department rep is rude and even demeaning when they take with you. They don't even try to work with you. I took my TL there and have regretted it ever since. Some dealership are accommodating and value your business because they want you to come back and be life long customers. Acura Of Avon is not one of those dealerships.

Good Visited 3 dealers that were within 20 miles of each other and I can tell you that Acura of Avon was by far the best dealership of them all. We let the first two dealerships know that we were going to shop at other locations and both were quick to discredit the other stores.When we arrived in Canton (not sure why they call it Acura of Avon) the sales person was outgoing and pleasant. Great dealership Good service, good pricing, and decent selection. Just a little remotely located from the hartford area. I wish they had a closer location for servicing, but wtih the loaners, but it makes less difference.

Arura of Avon = the best I've purchase many cars in my life. Best experience at Acura of Avon bar none. You can't go wrong. Since I need to get to 100 characters I will write this meaningless sentence.

Acura of Avon We recently purchased our car from Acura of Avon. We were very satisfied in the overall experience. The salespeople were great to deal with and were very knowledgeable about their product. They offer a great added warranty with the car and they also have loaner cars that they will bring directly to your home while your vehicle is being serviced.

Great Experience I usually don't write a review but after seeing some of the negative posts, I thought that I'd share my experience at Avon. My wife and I went to several dealers of same and different makes. This was by far the most professional group that we encountered. Staff was friendly but not fake. They were accomadating in every way and even made our first service appointment for us which is on the house. Thanks to all the people who were involved in the purchase.
