My service over the past 12 years has always been prompt and efficient. Both developing and current issues are always pointed out and explanations clearly provided. They show a video of the maintenance items that need attention on the vehicle, which is comforting. I called and set up the A service with Matt and the service team at Acura North Scottsdale. They do a great job keeping my RDX in top shape. All that was required at this time was an oil change. They always include a safety inspection which I appreciate. The service from Matt and team is always top notch including the car wash. The check-in/check-out process is seamless. I was satisfied with the wait time too which was about two hours.
