Not only is this easily the best ACURA service department in the state of Arizona. It might be the best overall dealership service department I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Steffen and the team in the service department are hands-down world class operators and they could not more wholeheartedly recommend the service department to anyone.
Annual tune up. Great service. Comprehensive video review and Steffen was responsive and nice to work with.
