02/2026 routine oil change and millage based services keep my 2016 TLX reliable. 11/2024- took my vehicle in for a sound it began making for diagnostic and service. Vehicle issue as well as recall was repaired. This location is excellent. The customer service was top-tier, and the service department had a very speedy turnaround time. I went to other mechanics, and shops trying to get my car fixed and nothing worked, but once I took my vehicle to Acura in Scottsdale, they knew exactly what to do and it was worth every penny. When I am ready for an upgrade, I know exactly where to go.

I always have a great experience. Every time I come into this dealership. The team is extremely welcoming and genuinely attentive to everything. I have to say I really appreciate how they take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with the process. One of my favorite things is receiving videos from the team working on my car. It really helps to see exactly what they see and build a lot of trust overall great experience in team that truly cares. I highly recommend them.
