This dealership did not take responsibility for their negligence regarding the brake job they did to my 2017 MDX. They turned the rotors at 77000 miles and 3000 miles (at 80000) later the Right was vibrating. I took it back to them; Not only did they make me feel crazy; they stated nothing was wrong. They did not have me do a test drive with them. I had them check again (last December) and they did not diagnose the problem. They said it was the steering rod. (Which was on the left). Andy has been very helpful from day one. He took the time to go through all the details about the car and never pressured me into anything. He let me make my own decisions and was very patient while answering all of my questions. Throughout the entire process, he stayed communicative with texts and calls and was always very cooperative. I constantly have to bring back my RDX because they can never fix the problem. After I always tell them 2 or 3 times they suddenly find the issue after I have a paid for other services done to the vehicle. Seem to me they know what to fix but do everything else to get you to pay more than what you should. I know it's a business bit I should other ripped off. SADLY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO HAVE MY RDX SERVICED. BAMBERGER IS A HONEST SERVICE SHOP FOR ALL VEHICLE. GO TO THEM INSTEAD...
