We recently purchased a Certified 2025 Acura Integra A-Spec from Jones Acura, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Came in for a recall repair and was told the estimated wait time would around 2 hours. Four hours later, nothing had been done to my car. Very disappointed.
This dealership did not take responsibility for their negligence regarding the brake job they did to my 2017 MDX. They turned the rotors at 77000 miles and 3000 miles (at 80000) later the Right was vibrating. I took it back to them; Not only did they make me feel crazy; they stated nothing was wrong. They did not have me do a test drive with them. I had them check again (last December) and they did not diagnose the problem. They said it was the steering rod. (Which was on the left). Andy has been very helpful from day one. He took the time to go through all the details about the car and never pressured me into anything.
