Rachel holds space for breathwork with compassion, humor and skill. I keep coming back because I get to be totally present with myself, and the breathwork brings me completely into my body. Feels so good!!!

I attended a Breath Work session with Rachel and had a powerful and beautiful experience. Rachel guided the group well and created a safe space for each of us to do our own work of opening and releasing. I will return!
