Have been to Mitch twice now and am overwhelmingly impressed with both his knowledge and application of the various forms of massage, acupuncture and cupping involved in the treatment. Mitch takes the time to explain what's happening in the procedure, what to expect and how the body is all connecting through the treatments. Mitchell is extremely kind, caring and attentive. He listens and deeply cares about what is going on. I have had a lot of accupunture in the past from various practitioners, but this is by far the best accupunture experience I have ever received. Mitchell really understands what he is doing and I couldn't highly recommend him more!
I have recently been treated with acupuncture and supplements by Mitchell for insomnia due to restless legs syndrome. After 3x acupuncture sessions a week apart, I can safely say that my symptoms have dramatically reduced. The quality of my sleep is slowly improving as the RLS symptoms are becoming much less.
