I really like this place. My second time in (after 6 months) they were all referring to me by name, and referencing conversations we had my first time in. Samantha has been my hygienist, and I'd be fine never having another one.
The staff is very friendly and provides excellent care!
I love my dentist and his staff! Everyone in the office is very accommodating and nice and my hygienist Samantha is fabulous! Also, the office has a very comfortable vibe. All in all, DOC makes it easy to go to the dentist!
My experience was wonderful. I was given a thorough description of the procedure beforehand,which made me much more comfortable. They were very aware of my comfort level throughout my entire appointment. The front desk, guest service aspect was also great. She explained my insurance and cost from the beginning of the service as well. Overall, very impressed with the entire office. Thanks again.
Hate going to the dentist as everyone there now knows. You guys made it very easy and have taken all the anxiety out of it. Thanks to all! Will let my friends know about you. See ya in 6 months.
I never enjoy going to the dentist (who does) however the people and the process make this an almost enjoyable experience. It is always a pleasure to see the smiling faces at Montford Drive...both before and after my appointment. Keep up the good work folks!
Where do I begin? Well, Samantha has the hands of a surgeon, gently weaving and wandering about your mouth with deft accuracy. The entire DoC staff is courteous, professional and efficient. They are always flexible with appointments and my bust schedule. Dr. Hammock and Dr. Hauschka are running a wonderfully modern and thriving practice; spending the time you want and need for your dental care.
As always, everyone was helpful and pleasant. An unpleasant experience was made more pleasant by the demeanor of the staff and the excellent care they provided.
I have been going to Dr. Hammock at the Dentistry of Carolinas for over two years and I have been pleased with the overall service. In fact, my seven year old daughter has loved going to the dentist since she was four. The staff is also very friendly, plus the new office is in a great location (near Park Road shopping- good quick dining & shopping). Dr. Hammock is very professional.
