I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with Jocey at Acupuncture Jo. I had my first acupuncture appointment 2 weeks ago to help regulate my menstrual cycle and hormonal imbalances. I’ve learned SO much from Jocey about nutrition, menstruation, fertility, supplements, and overall wellness! Always non-judgmental and caring and sessions are in a peaceful and comfortable space. I consistently feel better after acupuncture, doing my at-home routine, and I truly trust what she recommends!
