When I visited Dr. Lott’s office and asked if they accepted my insurance, he took a copy of it and said he would call me. A few days later, he contacted me and said everything was fine, that I would be fully covered, and that I wouldn’t have to pay any fees. So, I scheduled an appointment. Dr Lott and his staff are awesome. I came to him with tremendous back pain due to 2 herniated disks. I received steroids shots from pain management doctors but because of Dr. Lott, I am pain free. We are now focusing on other areas of concerns for me and so far it is going great. Dr Lott is a life saver.

Everyone need to spend an hour of their day feeling like they're the most important person in the world because their needs are suddenly someone else's problem to fix. That's has been my experiences since I started receiving treatment. Every interaction from the initial first call, to visiting the office ,meeting staff and getting treatment was tailored to my needs and my well-being.
