Acupuncture has truly been a game changer. Having dealt with four years of chronic pain and a multitude of specialists and prescribed medications which all fell short of helping at all, Tamara has given back a part of my life I had almost given up on. Each visit is unique and I love how she also explains aspects of eastern medicine as we go. I look forward to each visit.

Tamara gave me my life back. For months I been having pain in my back and thighs. It was so bad I couldn't walk., and it was an effort to do anything Had Steroid shots and helped,for awhile, but the thought putting steroids in my body was horrible Been to other acupuncturist, but Tamara got my life back and now I can walk and do things
