I rarely write negative reviews, but I am still genuinely flabbergasted by the level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and apparent lack of preparation I experienced here. I’ve been going to CBS Acupuncture with Dr Wu and he has been very helpful with the issues I described to him I was seeking acupuncture for. This review is for Dr Wendy. I went in yesterday and described those same concerns to her. Notably, I did not mention weight loss as one of those concerns. Despite that, she kept on telling me that I needed to lose a few pounds (my bmi is within normal range for the curious ones) and that I had to stop snacking. I have had herniated lumber disc which compress my sciatic nerve for three weeks. I stand and walk with a lot of pain. I went to CBS in Natick yesterday. Dr. Liu treated me with acupuncture, air cup and massage. My insurance does not cover acupuncture but what I paid was worth the service. I slept much better with less pain last night. I am going to do three times a week with them and hope to get healed in a short time.
