I don’t generally get massages - I’m not good at relaxing. I’m the past I’ve usually felt cold during massages, so I rarely enjoyed them. In stark contrast, my treatment with Jen was amazing. I was so relaxed. She must’ve read my mind as she said ‘you have permission just to rest and not give feedback or respond’. I felt warm the whole time and left feeling warm... exactly what I needed. Gosh. I had the Abhyanga treatment with Kels today ☺️ How am I supposed to review THAT!? Words would do it no justice. So, I won't. I simply can't 🤷♂️ All I will say is that it needs to be Felt to be Believed. I am a Massage 'Regular' ... and, now, I have experienced nothing that rivals the Abhyanga. Abhyanga massage is so deeply relaxing. Kelsea prepared warm herb infused oils, based on my what my body needed. I left that table feeling calm, my mind less cluttered and my nervous system not so reactive. My sleep continues to improve. Body tension easing. Abhyanga is like having your body & mind rebalanced. Well worth the very oily experience. Your hair & skin will love it too.
I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Anneliese today for a Remedial Massage.
