Booked in for a remedial massage at fairly short notice with some horrendous lower back, SI joint and neck pain. Unassuming from the outside but extremely cosy and welcoming on the inside My therapist was Anneliese I've had dozens of surgeries in my 40 years, and am fairly well acquainted with the massage table to help manage my pain levels. I have loved my first kinesiology sessions with Sharni. She has such a calming, caring presence that instantly put me at ease. I was drawn to kinesiology as a modality to support my recovery from burnout, and I can already feel a profound shift as my body unravels old patterns and stories. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey with Sharni. Highly recommend!

I find Jay very calming. I was impressed with the Reflexology session. My first. It was so relaxing and Jay explained everything at the end which was very reassuring.

An incredibly effective massage that made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. Dan created a safe space and it felt like much more than just a general massage due to his insight and experience with chronic pain and injury — it was a genuinely thoughtful and therapeutic experience I highly recommend Dan and would happily return.
