While I appreciate the care that Dr. Yu is able to provide, her "office manager" is unprofessional and rude. He is happy to charge fees even when cancelling a full day in advance and the appointment being picked up by another patient almost immediately. Very unfair to patients to charge a fee even when there was no negative impact to their business. Jim even cancelled all future appointments without talking to me. First, Dr. Yu is amazing. However, her office manager, Jim, is very rude and unreasonable. We cancelled an appointment a full day before and the appointment was immediately picked up by another patient. We then had an appointment scheduled for the following week and Jim cancelled this appointment without giving us any notice. When I called regarding this, Jim stated a late fee was owed for cancelling the appointment even thought it was cancelled a full day before the appointment. I have huge anxiety, especially driving a car ,when I was talking with someone.i went to Dr kim ,number one acupuncture. He offered alternative medicine, naturopath, homeopathic, nutritional healing which I took it.and I got big energy and I feel great immunity. I spent 980$ for it,I do not have to take antibiotics or drugs.It was great experience.Dr kim supports my needs in everyday.
Went to this clinic years ago. She is amazing!!! So happy she is still there. Will schedule appt Soon. Wonderful energy and great experience and relief.
