Suffering from chronic hip pain since I was a teenager - physical therapy, yoga and at-home stretching wasn't doing the trick for me. Headline: Kate is great - she's very empathetic and knowledgeable, and has done amazing work for me. She's helped me with chronic back pain and carpel/cubital tunnel. Those are the main issues that brought me to Kate, but she's also helped provide a relaxing experience that I have really appreciated. At times my back makes it difficult to get comfortable lying flat, but from my first visit Kate has been amazingly accommodating to make sure I'm always comfortable. Kate has helped me with ongoing back pain, with great benefits. I'm a long-time acupuncture patient, having been treated for infertility (yes, it worked!) And for carpel tunnel (real pain reduction).
