I was incredibly unsatisfied with the service I received. This method of "healing" was so new to me and I had many questions after "treatment." I had several questions about the directions she gave me after treatment and she quickly got irritated that I emailed her with questions, and she was absolutely not helpful to correct my situation. Maybe she thought I was just trying to be difficult. However, so much of this does not make sense so I was trying to educate myself. I feel so scammed!!!

Did they treat you as though the customer is always right? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this acupuncturist have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Would you recommend this acupuncturist to others? I Already Have Did this acupuncturist follow up with you after your appointment? I did have a follow up appointment, but I had to schedule it myself Was the table you laid on during your treatment uncomfortable? Absolutely not. I could have fallen asleep on it! My appoinment was at 2:45 pm... I was allowed to sit and relax...sitting area was dirty and smelling like a Mexican taco stand... As I ask for the practitioner for the next 10 min. I was told she was at lunch break ....my husband was waiting for me until3:00. I decided to ask for my paperwork and walk out.

Was your pain reduced after visiting this acupuncturist? A little, but nothing significant Was this acupuncturist late to your appointment? I didn't have to wait at all Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this acupuncturist's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes. It was obvious that they all respected one another. Did this acupuncturist explain to you how acupuncture works? Thoroughly!
