The service was attentive, and the massage was very effective for my shoulder pain. I will definitely be back next time.
I did not have a positive experience. There was no intake or consent form, and the therapist’s positioning during the massage made me uncomfortable. During the massage, there was also no communication either. I felt like my privacy and bodily boundaries were not prioritized by my therapist, for example, when i lifted my head from the table with only a sheet on top of me, I found that the curtains were not even fully closed even as other customers were walking by.
