If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter won a gift card to this establishment and gifted it to me for Christmas. I went in and the only thing positive I can say is the gentleman smiled at me when I got to the door. I told him what I wanted to have done (Neck and shoulders) 30 minute massage. He showed me to the bed and I lay down face down. The sheets on the bed Were not cleaned properly and they did not have a good smell. Mind you this is where I needed to keep my face for 30 minutes.
