My massage lady was quite rough. She had no consistency in her massage technique. I asked her multiple times to go harder and she would for only about 5-10 seconds. I had to ask for more oil to be put on twice as I was feeling a friction burning sensation. The oil was wiped off using a hot towel but then the lotion that was put on after was not. Paid for a 1 hour massage, checked my phone afterwards and realized the massage went for 35 minutes. Confronted them about this and was told “time starts as soon as you enter including getting undressed and laying down” well that took less than 5 minutes total, there was still 20 minutes unaccounted for. I don’t appreciate the sneakiness and dishonesty just to save themselves some time and effort in order to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The staff providing the massage were good but the reception lady at the front was quite rude and was quick to show how irritated she was when we kept inquiring about the different types of massages available. Very poor communication and lack of customer service. They've definitely lost a customer here 👎
