This place is about as organized as the deck chairs on the titanic. No clue if their results are of any quality but their billing is a complete mess and if they cant get the little things right how can you trust them on the big things?? If you use a doctor that uses them STOP! The doctor is either corrupt or inept!
Apparently, this fraudulent business is sending people's accounts to collection without even informing them about any outstanding bills. I've never received any communication from this company. A bill came from a collection agency out of nowhere. It took me a lot of work to even find out, through the collection agency, where the bill originated. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I had a procedure done in Sept 2022. My insurance paid the entire amount due but that did not stop them from sending me invoices. The first invoice I received around February of 2023 was not itemized and only provided me with an amount due. So I called and let them know that this was incorrectly sent, they understood and said that they would take care of it. What a shady and sketchy company I tell you. I just got a bill for no reason. I got a bill on 9/10/2023 for some sort of test. lol, I wasnt even in the state on that day. I tried call the billing dept and automate message comes up saying that number no in services.. GTFO!! Maybe is 5:15pm on Monday and everyone gone for the day? Unreal place. I read alot of 1 star on the Google review also.. All about collection agency sending xxx amount random induvial what a shame company.
My wife received a $2,100 bill from a collections agency out of nowhere. We are always on top of our bills, we have great insurance, and this charge should have never happened at all. This company deliberately held back information that has now damaged us financially. There needs to be some level of accountability here. If this situation is not solved, I will be consulting a lawyer.
