Only sent an e-mail bill, and then questioned why it wasn't paid a week after the e-mail was sent. Informed them I don't consider e-mail valid bills, and they should ALWAYS send a paper mail bill. E-mail's are vast majority scams and I only trust paper mail bills. They never even sent a mail bill until I expressly requested one. I shouldn't have to do that.

This place is unbelievable! Sending bills of $10.00 to collectors! I never in my life had a bill sent to collectors! I already paid copayment of $50.00 dollars for an endoscopy and now they want $10.00 more? Even my insurance said I do not have to pay it but they still sent the bill to collectors! I am in shock! 🤦🏻♀️
This place is about as organized as the deck chairs on the titanic. No clue if their results are of any quality but their billing is a complete mess and if they cant get the little things right how can you trust them on the big things?? If you use a doctor that uses them STOP! The doctor is either corrupt or inept!
