Really hard to deal with. Medical commercial space valued by Warehouse specialist caused entire deal to fall over. Also valuer was extremely hard to deal with. Had no comms with agent to make sure correctness of details which is critical in the commercial space or else so easy to underquote based on assumptions.
The Consultant does not care at all. She would like to hang up the phone even I am not yet done speaking, so rude. The valuation took more than 2 weeks to be completed. So worst than other Valuer Companies..
I am a home owner and also a tenant. Unbeknownst to my husband and I, turns out the home owner reached out to Acumentis for a valuation to be done on their property. The real estate agency and the owner should have given us the heads up, but unfortunately they didn't. What bothers me is Acumentis lack of integrity and professionalism. Advised they'd complete a valuation last week. Advised this week they were busy and would get to it when they can. Cooling off period ending in a week so had to cancel and re-order. If you cant do the job in time, dont pick it up. People risk losing hunders of thousands of dollars if they missing cooling off. It's no joke!
