don't recommend this company for valuation your property. i had a property at Serpells road Templestowe @ 4000sqm, 5 bed rooms, 5 bath rooms, triple garage, plus a granny flat with 1 bed room, one kitchen and bath room, and a 80 sqm entertainment room. The walls are solid triple brick with all quality materials built. the council rate we paid for 4.55M. this company give a evaluation @3.35m. The valuation is just a JOKE for the property.
