These people valued my property along with another accredited valuer from a separate company. These valuations cost over $1000.00 dollars each! One was $140K the other was $255K. The discrepancy between the valuations was for an unfinished one bedroom weatherboard house on stumps. The discrepancy was on the house and shed not the land which was similar. They would not comment on the matter because I was not their client and told me I would have no grounds to appeal despite the incredible discrepancy. They wouldn't even say i... read more
