These people valued my property along with another accredited valuer from a separate company. These valuations cost over $1000.00 dollars each! One was $140K the other was $255K. The discrepancy between the valuations was for an unfinished one bedroom weatherboard house on stumps. The discrepancy was on the house and shed not the land which was similar.
