I was extremely disappointed with this valuation. It came in 24.1% higher than a valuation completed just six months earlier, and also appears higher than current RP Data figures of today. Absolute shambles, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere, the guy that valued our house valued it $130k below market value, I understand market value and bank value are different but not $130k different, after speaking to multiple estate agents for a value they were shocked and all said they know exactly who I'm talking about and there's no way our house is worth what he said as it's worth so much more, thanks his ridiculous valuation we can no longer move to get a better deal without lmi, oh and the kicker is the bank... read more
