Absolute shambles, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere, the guy that valued our house valued it $130k below market value, I understand market value and bank value are different but not $130k different, after speaking to multiple estate agents for a value they were shocked and all said they know exactly who I'm talking about and there's no way our house is worth what he said as it's worth so much more, thanks his ridiculous valuation we can no longer move to get a better deal without lmi, oh and the kicker is the bank... read more

Great service from the entire Acumentis Cairns Team. Asked for a prepurchase quote and they were very prompt with quoting, organising a valuation and reporting back. All within the quoted costs and time frames. Really appreciated the phone call from David who took the time to talk about the valuation report and how he came to those conclusions. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future!
