Had this business perform a valuation on behalf of BOQ. Their valuation is way off the mark. Their valuation is out by 60k compared to another valuation made by Westpac a few months back for the same property. I estimate this valuer if off the mark at least 80K. A desktop valuation would have been better than this person’s value. I offered the valuer recent sold comparable properties but didn’t accept them.
