Great overall service and experience. Process was straight forward , team was professional with timely communication. Highly recommend if you are looking for a property valuation in Brisbane.
If there were an award for turning a simple task into a fiasco, this firm would win hands down. What should’ve been a straightforward, by-the-numbers Val somehow became a comedy of errors. The level of incompetence on display was staggering and this is coming from someone who has been a registered valuer for more than two decades across Brisbane. I would AVOID this firm at all costs if you are needing a fair market valuation done right.
Very inaccurate valuation, not off by 10s of thousands of dollars, but by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Glad that with the circumstances that the house in question was sold revealing its true market value. Avoid.
We had Rebecca Stephens from the Sunshine Coast office. Her valuations were so far off it’s laughable. The company also disclosed personal information to another party. Would not recommend this company, but definitely would not recommend Rebecca.
