What started out as a great experience with the admin being super helpful and quick to book in the valuer has turned sour after receiving the valuation report. I found LMW to be very responsive and with an excellent turnaround time. They seem to understand the realities of rent valuations and we have found them to be affordable and accurate (when compared to other valuers).
