If I could not stars i would. Come to value my house. Really didn't look.went on ideas and pictures from a valuation 4 years ago. With no real research on the area or the house
Emily has not performed her appraisal according to DHA requirements of comparison, comparing 2 properties of inferior quality, 2 properties of superior quality and one of comparable quality nor has she stated the standard of the existing property being compared. She has given comparisons of rents 6 months in arrears to the assessment commencement date. This represents a 1.4% increase rental assessment in a market that has increased between 7 and 9% over the last 12 months! I strongly suggest that she revises this appraisal!
