Acumen did a really great job making our screened-in deck hassle-free. Pete was great in explaining things and not being pushy. Josh was funny and explained the work to us in a simple manner. Highly recommend!
Screened in bottom patio with Screeneze with added door: Process of looking into quotes and initial project communication was great and prompt. I worked with Pete and he was out doing measurements quickly and sending back quotes and samples of products. Communication was always on point. We had "life" happen and held off for a year, but when I contacted Pete again he had everything saved and provided timely and updated quotes. Outstanding company I would give a 10 star review if I could. The workers were professional, courteous, friendly, timely and cleaned up the job site. I am extremely pleased with how my sunroom turned out. The quality of the construction and materials was superior. Big shout out to the owner Jeff his crew and sales rep Peter. I was very impressed with our salesperson, Pete, who took over an hour to explain different products and options for our 400 sq ft deck resurfacing project, aluminum railings, and staircase replacement. I provided a budget that was very reasonable based on three previous estimates I received. I do my homework. Acumen estimates are provided only in person, which I understand as a sales strategy.
