Outstanding company I would give a 10 star review if I could. The workers were professional, courteous, friendly, timely and cleaned up the job site. I was very impressed with our salesperson, Pete, who took over an hour to explain different products and options for our 400 sq ft deck resurfacing project, aluminum railings, and staircase replacement. I provided a budget that was very reasonable based on three previous estimates I received. I do my homework. Acumen estimates are provided only in person, which I understand as a sales strategy. I contacted Acumen at a very busy time in season. Acumen was willing to commit to a very tight timeline and helped to design a full deck replacement that we loved. They implemented features that I really enjoy like a handrail and a gate for my dogs, the wood used was beautiful (cedar) and the construction is tight and sound and will have great longevity.
