Chris showed up early took a look and and educated us on how the furnace functions. The furnace started working again on its own when he started it up and we didn't need his services. He barely charged for the stop. I would highly recommend Acumen to anyone iffy about HVAC services. Definitely our new go to guy! Left several messages with zero response. Changed review as a result. No longer considered professional, responsive or valuable

I called Acumen about an issue I was having with my plumbing. They came next day but advised they didn't handle the issue I am having. This was not their fault. I didn't explain my issue properly when I called. They gave me names of who I could call and the issue is fixed. I highly recommend this company because they were amazing all the way through even though I wasted their time in my opinion which I feel bad about. Highly recommend this company.
