Chris was absolutely amazing to deal with. It was the quickest and best customer service I have ever had. Would highly recommend!
Professional, courteous, knowledgable and competent. He also gets the gob done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Acumen for all plumbing and heating/cooling needs. I've use his services twice, once for a laundry tub installation and second time for a water heater installation and was extremely pleased both times. 5 stars out of 5.
Excellent service. Chris is very efficient and knowledgeable. He has been extraordinary diligent in his response when I've needed emergency help. To date he has fixed a badly clogged kitchen sink, serviced my sump pump, and replaced my A/C and furnace. Awesome service. Very personable!
We had furnace trouble and Chris responded at once - He was excellent to deal with and went out of his way to make sure everything worked. The price was more than reasonable - the service was great - He explained everything. I would recommend him to anyone who need help.
