Lawyer Pavit Singh is not a man of his word. He did a closing for me last year after a referral from my realtor. I shared a quote from a lawyer in Toronto and decided to work with him locally after he agreed to the same cost/service etc. He promised to share the invoices or documents etc (e.g. title insurance) but he never did. He stopped answering my calls and never called back as promised. He is a nice gentleman though.
