Always prompt to respond and explain every question. I truly appreciate all the hard work they do.
I saw the negative reviews from past years and was saddened. We started working with Acumen 18 months to 2 years ago and had a very different experience. I've talked to numerous employees who showed careful concern that I understood what needed to be done to hire employees, arrange for paychecks, taxes, and comply with all the laws necessary to accomplish my goals. VERY unprofessional, and rude company to work with. They tell you they will pay you then refuse to. They say they won’t turn in your paper work unless it’s filled out with a date THEY want. They take forever to get ahold of. Don’t answer any questions and never answer their phones. I highly suggest staying away from them. They do NOT care about others. The world is around them and only them. They will not move forward with anything unless you put what THEY want.
This company is the worst to work with. They take ridiculously long to get anything processed. They have a very poor porcessing system and their paperwork for online enrollment is not in order for the correct programs. They don't receive faxes always, so make sure you call them right after you send a fax even if it says it went through. They are terrible at communicating and I will never work with them again.
