The knowledge of how to cope with life not only today but also yesterday and tomorrow with DBT skills has been a major survival method for me as I walk my path. And I learned at ACUMEN with many thanks to Don, Janis and Rebecca as well as all of the other participants.
DBT therapy is wonderful treatment and most of the therapists are wonderful to work with.
