I purchased a Groupon for 4 small area sessions for $89. I barely leave reviews. First off my appointment was scheduled for 10am upon arrival after driving 45 min to get there. Upon arrival the office was locked. I texted and called and finally got a response she was running behind. Okay understandable. No apologies were given. I had such an amazing experience with Aimee!!!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me the best results possible. the receptionist was extremely friendly she is 17 and amazing at what she does but the over all visit was insulting , uneasy and horrible i went in for a facial and the technician had a terrible attitude as if she didn't want to assist me then she put a cold rag on my face and was darn near choking me with the rag it was so bad i had to stay silent or they would have called police on me thats how mad i was then the boss came in and accused me of having a wing worm when it was eczema from a facial exfoliate , she began to poi... read more
Absolutely the best experience. Aimee was knowledgeable and answered my million questions about the machines and technique, and more importantly what to expect during and afterwards. I can’t wait to have another appointment.
I have never been to a more amazing spa! Aimee is the best there is, she GENUINELY cares about each of her clients & wants the best for everyone that walks through her door. She is very knowledgeable with her products and what’s best for each circumstance. I cannot recommend her enough
