I had the SMILE laser eye surgery at Aculase and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and really put me at ease throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly and I felt confident in their care. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, and my recovery was smoother than I expected. The best part — my vision is now better than 20/20! I’m so grateful to the team at Aculase and would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser eye surgery.
Had a great experience with aculase. After 17 years of wearing glasses and contact lenses every day my vision steadied at -10 (extremely bad). I underwent SMILE procedure to correct short sightedness and have gotten excellent results. The team at aculase made the entire process very easy and provides ample information on the treatment process and post care.
I had the SMILE procedure done with Dr Chan a month ago and went from being -4.75 to 20/12.5. Mind blown! Service from the start was excellent - Hua Yee who did my follow up and pre-op was attentive and patient and all staff were professional and kind from first consultation to final follow up appointment. The procedure really is as quick and painless as they say and I’m absolutely amazed by the results. Thank you Dr Chan and team!
