A month late for this review but I bought a house in November and the seller chose this title company. I read the reviews and was so paranoid about wiring the money. But working with them was amazing. Everything went incredibly smoothly, I used the oak lawn location. They were professional, responsive and have helped me with questions way beyond the purchase. I actually got off the phone with Steve and he walked me through a question I had. I give this establishment an A++++ Thanks guys happy holidays!!

AVOID IF POSSIBLE! DO NOT LET YOUR LENDER CHOOSE THEM. Super sketchy and unprofessional. Lost my wire transfer. Then found it 20 hours later. No apology no nothing. Wasted tons of my time and caused me tons of stress.
Do not recommend, unless, as a realtor, you like then communicating with your clients without letting you know or keeping you in the loop & not returning phone calls!
