I just wanted to mention what a wonderful experience at Acuity Specialty Hospital I had. Staff was exceptional. I was skeptical of going from PA to Jersey, but I am so happy I did. They went above and beyond in helping me with anything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. And I am so grateful for the caring staff that helped me while I was there. -Eileen Cannon

Worst place ever! Case Management is a joke, zero communication from them or the attending physicians, most nurses don't even identify themselves and there is always trash on the floor both inside the rooms and out. Witnessed patient call buttons go unanswered for over 30 minutes on several occasions. If you call the front desk you are put on hold, then hung up on. A few of the respiratory therapists and dialysis technicians were helpful and kind. Our loved one deteriorated as soon as he was under their care. I don't recomme... read more

I wouldn't willingly ever send a family member here again. I wouldn't send anyone I hate here. First of all, the room was dirty and gross. I complained about this multiple times. Stuff all over the floor, IV pole dirty, dirty gauze on floor. The same plastic covering to something was on the floor in the same spot his entire stay. My dad's room was spackled.
